Degree in law from the University of Rome La Sapienza, in 1994, with a thesis on Labor Law "Relief and taxation of social security contributions". Specialized with honors in Trade Union, Labor and Social Security law in 2003 at the University of Rome "La Sapienza". Registered in the Register of Lawyers of the Court of Rome on 16.07.1998. Former Official of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in service at the General Directorate of Personnel - Litigation Office, responsible for the "Single Arbitrator" section. Author of some articles on condominium matters.
In 1998 he was admitted to the bar and in 2011 he was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and the High Courts.
